BOD:
The Board of Directors (BOD) of Pashchimanchal Grameen Bikas Bank Limited comprise seven members, one representative from Government, two representatives from group members, one from Nirdhan Utthan Bank Limited and two representatives from commercial bank's group.
The BOD meeting is held at least 12 times within a year and takes policy decision to pursue the objectives of the bank. The chairperson of the board is elected by the board members among themselves. The board of directors is responsible to the Annual General Assembly. Annual General Meeting (AGM) is held every year. The composition of the board of directors are as follows:
