MANAGEMENT TEAM:

 

The banks is headed by the Executive Chief who is responsible for day to day activities of the bank and to operate carefully.

 

The bank has Six departments at head office, which are:

  Human Resource & General Service Department

   Financial Management Department

  Credit Management Department

  Internal Audit Department

  Planning, Budgeting & Research Department

   Monitoring & Evaluation Department


At the field level, there are Area Offices headed by Area Manager. The branches are headed by the Branch Managers at the forefront. The area office supervises and monitors branch offices; this office is responsible for linking between the head office and branch offices.
